So, that's it, I have completed my first day at the restaurant, "Coq dore". I am quite exhausted and starving... I have spent almost 6 hours learning the job and cleaning everything that can be washed in a restaurant kitchen... Anyway, the atmosphere is nice, my sempai are nice as well: Mustapha-san (from Germany) and Nami-san (the real waitress) taught me almost everything and were kindly available when needed. Maybe that was because we were Thursday... I think the rhythm will get higher during week-ends... I'll know that quite soon as I have to come back tomorrow.
I am just wondering when I'll have a day free because I just feel like my "social life" will be much lower in the coming weeks... Maybe that will make me find a job quicker in order to see something else? Who knows?
