This Saturday night, I decided to go for a barbecue. Quite hard in the middle of the city or with the logistics involved when it comes to barbecue in Japan but that becomes much easier when you actually have the device on your balcony and a balcony that can accomodate it. Lucky me, I fulfill the requirements.
Now, you have the device but you still need to put something good inside. And that's where "The Meat Guy" comes into the picture. I am pretty sure that a lot of you knows him already (at least, for the foreign community that finds my website) but I thought that some advertisement for him would be well-deserved (you will find his links in the appropriate section). We went for the BBQ A-Set and only tried the sausages so far (ribs and striploin are next on the grill list) and that's a big A. On the side of the grill, on the hot plate, we went for a potato-bacon-asparagus-pepper topped with cheese. Yummy!

Now, just have Sunday left to digest and get ready for work... ouch!
