• And now, the reward

Despite we already celebrated this unbeaten league by a wonderful French dinner and a very nice afternoon in September, we were still waiting for the official announcement of our national title.
So today, we are all invited to go to the club to get our award: our gold medal... But before that, we are also invited to watch the match between France and Argentina. Well, I won't speak about the poor performance of my national team and will talk about the nicest part of the day... So, as I said, we received our medals during the dinner (thanks to the old guys for this wonderful pytti panna...) and the party after (in front of the English team's match) was really nice. But parties at the club are always nice and that, even if we were also saying good bye to Pierre Caillet (leaving for Bruxelles the coming days) and Aaron (back to Perpignan to play back in the XIII catalan). Whatever, we had good times. So much that we only left Pierre (Morel)'s flat at 5h, after a half an hour desperately trying to wake him up to get my mobile back.... Anyway, many thanks to him (and to his flying laptop) and to the club girls who dared following us and came back the day after to help cleaning up everything...
