  • Two weeks to go
  • Tue. Sep, 13 2005

Long time since the last time I have been at home before 8pm. I can't even remember that. But that was a busy day (at least not by the time spent at work: "only" 11h compared to the 15 I got used to stay these last weeks), especially because it was the day after a very physical training... So, on one hand, I didn't stay too long but I have been in a very productive documentation writting (I couldn't move anywhere from my desk...).
But I am not here to speak about the job... In fact, on my way back from the airport, I suddenly realised that, in 2 weeks, I will leave Sweden. At the same time, I also realised that plenty of things remain to do for my moving... But I also realised that, after that 2 weeks; Sweden will be over (which is different from leaving Sweden as I already did by the past for some days of some weeks). Such a good period of my life. 2 good, excellent years. Strangely, I don't feel so blue about leaving Malm? and everyone here (with all the memories that includes). Certainly because I am looking forward to what's coming next. My decision is almost done. October 2005 will be the month of my relocation to Japan. So, with such an excitement in sight, Sweden can't compete and doesn't have enough qualities to keep me in town.
But now, I'll have to prepare everything to move out, of course, but also to move in in few weeks. And for that, that's a kind of exploration: need to prepare documents for my visa, to find a flat, prepare a budget and some few minor things (such as finding a job...). So, I have to prepare myself for long hours at work, searching the Internet and small week-ends, shared between packing, parties and rugby games. Busy weeks ahead, again... Whatever! I am already in the mood for adventure and Japan. I even re-discovered my collection of X-Japan I have left since quite a while. Strangely it appears to me as so good as before. For different reasons but still good. So, I am already thinking of re-discovering my Japan, the one I already love and the one I don't know yet but that I will love for sure!
